First time clients: Once you’ve booked your services, you will receive an email with intake documents to fill out. Please do so at your earliest convenience. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Juniper. She will respond as soon as she is able.
Two days prior to your scheduled session, you will receive an email with a Sessions Choice survey, so you may fully customize your time at Wunderland.
***Please note: if you book an hour, for example, there will be time allotted both before and after of about 15 minutes each. Please plan that into your schedule, so that we have our time to briefly discuss your session at the beginning and for you to ready yourself to re-enter the world at the end.
Upon arrival, Juniper will greet you at the door. As you step inside, you will be asked to remove your shoes and will be offered a warm, damp towel (with lemon essential oil or without essential oils, if you list sensitivity) for your feet.
If it is your first visit, Juniper will walk you through the studio for a quick tour. At each session, you will use a hot towel to wipe your feet and start the process of relaxation, sip either a hot or cold drink of your choice and have a brief discussion of your current state, anything of note on your health history and your goal(s) for the session.
Once the intake is complete, Juniper will step out of the room and you will have time to change out of your clothes and make your way to the table for your massage. If you booked yoga, a sound bath or reiki, you will keep your clothing on and move to the mat in the yoga studio or onto the table. The time for your session begins as the massage, yoga, reiki or sound bath begins. For the time allotted, all attention and care will be in service to your wellbeing.
After your session comes to an end, you will have ample time to get up slowly and dress yourself. When Juniper reenters the room, she will offer you water. You will have a bit of time to discuss your session with Juniper, re-engaging with the world slowly and steadily. You will have time to re-book, ask questions and discuss concerns.
